This checkup can normally be accomplished in approximately one day assuming key staff are made available.

At the end of the day or as soon as possible afterwards our consultant will brief key personnel and make suggestions for further investigation, sales tools that can be used, and best practices that should be considered

Who will implement the suggested strategies?
Some clients elect to move forward and implement some or all of the suggestions themselves.  Our group is also available to bring the necessary resources into the mix and coordinate implementation.
